My current set up is stock with:

'89-'90 base: 24mm front, 15mm rear

I was thinking about adding just a rear 22mm swaybar and new ES busings up front.

That seems to be about 1mm less up front and 1mm more in the rear than the HICAS cars.

Would it be worth it? or out of balance (too much oversteer)?

Has anyone upgraded just the rear sway?

Factory cars are so biased to understeer that it is very hard to get them to oversteer in the dry..........with the factory avaiable power.

The 15 mm rear bar only adds 12-13 pounds of stiffness to the 120 springs per inch...........a 22 adds around 80-90 pounds per inch....a 24mm rear bar would be too much as it approaches the spring stiffness.

Try the rear 22mm without doing anything to front first, stiffen the front [bushings] as if needed after experimenting in the rain with what ever tires you are running...........stiffen the front if you need to reduce the neutral/any oversteer in foul weather.
