Large Nissan SUV

With the current situation in Iraq, there has been a lot of news coverage from over there as of late, particularly of the UN's involvement. I was watching the news before I came to work this morning and they were showing several UN vehicles, large white Nissan SUV's with the trademark "UN" on the hood and sides. Anyone know what these SUV's are called? They are larger than a Pathfinder/QX4, rather boxy. To me they resemble an 80's Toyota Land Cruiser. The front had had a black grille with the Nissan hamburger and very plain round headlights. The back of them had a door similar to an Isusu Trooper, hinged on the right side. Anyone know anything about them?

Yes it was Leadfoot, pretty active too, one of our best wrenches.

He owned a 95 ivory pearl quarts Q45, lives in Costa Rica.

I think we lost him during our last move, the site was down w/ no redirect for a couple of days.I suspect, he tried to log on a couple of times and thought we were defunct.Ity happens all the time to websites.

I miss him.., I wish I had his email, so he could rejoin us.

yah but the pick up truck thats coming from it is what im waiting for , need a tow vehicle .....for what i dunno , might keep the toyota and the galant

I'll probably never own one since I am not an SUV type, but I'm glat to see Nissan is entering this highly competitive US market. Hopefully Nissan can take away some business from Toyota and Honda, not to mention the domestics with this new vehicle.

I'm originally from Jordan, just went there this summer, my uncle's fiance drives a patrol, I suppose it does kind of look like a big navigator, as if the world needed more SUV's. Good riddance.
