Well my injector whent out in my 91 240sx FB, and I replaced it. I went to turn the car on and it didnt start. A couple days later I go to work on it again and for some reason check the oil in the motor and a bunch of gas splashes out of the dip stick tube. I drained the oil/gas from the motor oil pan. Now before i go any further, I wanted to see if anybody more experienced than me had any advice on what i should do or what might be wrong. Any advice would highly be appreciated.

if you changed your injector recently its possible you ripped the lower o-ring while installing it, this will cause it to leak gasoline anytime it has fuel pressure. this gasoline can wash past your rings and end up in your oil pan, especially if it is left sitting.

Ok maybe I didn't explain clearly, I didn't run the car after I replaced the injector that's why im confused on y I have the the less than 1/4 tank of gas in my motor. I tried to turn the car on but didnt wanna even crank nor turn over. All I heard was click click. So I jumped cables and it still didn't crank. I actually have a video of when I drained the oil/gas. I tried to push start it and when I popped the clutch the tires locked and screeched. Almost as if the diff or transmission locked up. All my fuses are good and the transmission shifts fine in and out of neautral. Idk what it might be.

any time you rotate the key to the run position the fuel pump primes the fuel rail and that is enough to piss fuel out a bad o-ring and into your engine. my suggestion is to remove the fuel rail with the injectors inside it still, but dont disconnect the fuel lines, once you have the rail out of the intake manifold place it over a container (i use tupperware its clear) rotate the key to the run position and look for the fuel leaking past the o ring, likely it will shoot gasoline like a geiser.

If you really didn't run it, turn it over a lot, or let it sit for months you're engine probably isn't seized. Push starting isn't a good idea either. When you get everything else fixed and before you start driving it, put a small amount of oil in the top of each cylinder, unplug the cas and crank it for a good 10-20 seconds to get oil flowing.

Thanks guys these are real helpful tips. I let the motor drain and dry for 1 1/2 days so i'm gonna refill it with oil and see what happens. Just for precaution I will do the injector o-ring test within the next few days whenever I can get a day off. I'm also replacing the fuel pump and fuel filter since i'm already there. A friend said that I can try turning the crank pulley to see if the motor is siezed but I'll have to see.

Well just in case my motor did take it's last breath, I was wondering if anybody had any useful info on the SR20DET swaps. I'm considering the swap but im also intersted in the KA-T what are the pros and cons for each motor?
