I purchased a pre cut foglight yellow tint cover for the foglights made by Lamin-X. It protects the lens from flying road debris, scratches and cracks. I was going to use the Krylon stained glass method but will give this a shot and see how it turns out. I will post pictures when they arrive in the mail.

Lamin-X film before and after applied...

What I like about this stuff, it's not that thin cheap stuff, this is actually pretty thick and will protect the lens from rock chips and outside elements.

Lamin-X is good stuff. It is pretty thick. The blue stuff is nice too if you want that super white while still using any regular old bulb.

Nice. DId you V already have fog lights or did you purchase them?

How much was the fog kit? I have a CVT and I believe its pre-wired, but idk if I need all of the things that come in the package from VersaSpeed.. do I?

Also how much was the protective yellow film? That looks amazing.

I purchased them. They were $300 plus tax, not cheap but worth it since it's OEM and plug n play. The kit you buy is all you need, it comes with the new turn signal lever with the foglight switch on it, foglight lamps, and bezels. ALL SL's are prewired, you shouldn't have to check.

The protective film was $14.95, the stuff is thick so it will protect the lamps from cracking, plus they look cool during the day.

Not really. Unscrew the two screwed underneath the steering wheel, it pulls apart afterwards.

The fog lights are low enough where chances being hit by debris are pretty low (unless you're playing Mr. WRC). In any case, you're better off getting clear protection film then foul weather bulbs (more yellow spectrum) to cut through the fog better. Bulbs like these http://www.rallylights.com/detail.aspx?ID=2462

With tinted film you're sacrificing light output, making the foglights less functional.

They're fine the way they are, I'm happy with it. I wanted to get the yellow appearance during the day when they're turned off.

Personally, I wanted to get the HALO H8 Solaris yellow bulbs on Versaspeed. I'm eventually get them changed out when I'm ready.
