So how did the car do? Well it did a lot better than expected. As you can see from my sig I have quite a few modification, but my biggest concern were the JDM engine and low mileage 91' trans. But after pushing the car fairly hard there were no issues a all. The biggest problem the entire day though was brake fade. The first session was the worst, I think the pads weren't properly bedded, but was there near the last few corners on each lap. I don't have my BB setup yet so that will help considerably. The next big issue was the tires, I moved the old tires from the back to the front and put new ones in there place. The new Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2 so much better than the other Hankooks I had both in the wet and dry. So much more grip as well as sidewall stiffness in the corners. I never felt like I would loose control unless I pushed it way too hard into the corners.
Anyways it was a successful day, in fact on average I was faster than my dad in his speed3 which was quite surprising and I think I can knock about 5-10 seconds off with more experience and better brakes+tires. These cars have quite a lot of potential, a lot more than people think on this forum.

I could give a more thourough review of Hooked on Driving if anyone is interested. I would not hesitate to go to another one of their events, in fact I think we will go back in the next 3-4 months.
