Most official repair databases (like AllData) have labor estimates... and most repair databases are not "free". But if you are resourceful you can "obtain" the software. I know the latest versions of AllData are ~250GB and ~400GB programs.
Or you could save yourself a lot of time and just call several shops and have them give you a quote. Indie shops are almost always cheaper than dealer.
