so what if he didn't do it?I wonder what evidence they have. IP addy? what if it's a public computer on a public network?

unless this guy did it and was dumb enough to do it on his personal computer & post the info up on a site under his account, i think the attorneys will have a field day with this one.

Every IP packet that goes across the net contains the machine code of the specific computer it was sent from. They know exactly which computer was involved.

I dont think he deserves jail time, but I tend to disfavor putting people in prison for nonviolent crimes.
