NO. 300zx diffs do not match the bolt pattern, you will need either j30 axles or jdm s13 axles. The j30 has a final gearing a 3.9 and the 300zx and 240 both have final gears of 4.08(some older jdm s13's had 4.3). so the j30 will give you lower accel and higher topend.
