L 320 value??

I have my eye on a 65 L320. I have a 86 720 that I like alot, and would like to have the 320 for a project. It is said to run, the body and cab seem pretty straight and solid. The rockers are rotted underneath but not right under the door. The windshield is broken. I live in N.H. and a Datsun of this vintage is quite rare due to rust/ rot. This truck is said to have come from Mississippi. The price has come down to 800.00 without wheels( which I have). Does the price seem reasonable? Thanks for any advice.

L320 trucks that are very nice running and original would get about $2000 stock.
NL320 trucks in same condition running can reach $5000. The NL320 is much more sought after and its value is low, but people WANT that model so price goes up to what why are willing to pay. I got my 63 NL320 for $1500 near my house and drove it home.
