I'm from Canada, and have a 1993 with hicas. I've searched the forums and haven't really come across an answer that was specific and accurate. Can I put KYB AGX on my car or not?

Yes it will work just fine. The only differences are that the non Hicas car has static toe links that attach to the subframe. Hicas cars have arms attached to a hydraulic ram that actuates based on vehicle speed, turning angle, ect. The good thing about Hicas cars is that those toe arms have ball joints and toe adjustability...so there's no reason to alter those arms in any way (e.g. get an aftermarket peice that has better bushings/spherical and is adjustable...even if you did, it wouldn't work without replacing the subframe with a non-Hicas S13 subframe). I would reccomend replacing the hydraulic ram with a Hicas lock though...I have a Hicas car and hate it, so I ordered the lock from here. Another good thing about Hicas cars is that it comes with a larger rear sway bar from the factory.

Good luck.:)

thanx dude. Do you recommend the AGX, or are the GR2's or the Tokico's just as good?

I haven't had any of them but have ridden in AGX's on multiple occasions in different cars. They are very nice and people here seem to like them.

Oh, btw, I got my Hicas lock in the mail yesterday.:) Ordering from Australia took only one week! That's really sad considering that I ordered a diff from someone in America one month ago and still haven't recieved it.:-\
