I am install a set of KYB AGX shocks in my s14, the problem I have is with the from pair, the manual says to install the upper spring seat with its cutout facing outer side of the vehicle. I did this on the passenger front but when you rotate the shock it touches in the fender well, is this correct, I moved the cutout towards the inside and it clears, what should I do?

That happened to me too. Just rotate the whole top hat till it clears the fender and stuff. It will take a little time and jiggling but it will work. Good luck bro -

Yep, wat he said, I double checked before I threw mine in, but easily missed and no big deal at all. Hope that worked for you!

Should I face the cut out towards the side of the car or towards the fender well, my concern is the front shocks, please post pic if you have any available, when i turn the steering wheel the drivers side makes a noise but the passeger side doesn't, I also installed a set of pillow ball adjustable tension rods, any suggestions on the settings?
