KYB AGX and TEIN S-Tech springs - problem

I have a problem with my shock and spring combo (in the title) in the front.

Both are brand new from a dealer. Problem is i been having a shaking problem for the past several months and I couldn't pinpoint the cause. Brought it to the shop who showed me that the front of the car would not go down when they pushed on it. This was on setting #2. I changed it to setting #1 and was able to push the front down maybe 1/4 of an inch.

Others with this spring/shock combo able to push the front end down futher than me?

did you swap out the old bushings on your rear suspension components because i had the same shaking problem when i hit bumps at speed.

u shouldnt have the agx's lower then 2/4 with any lowering springs, according to kyb anyway.. i have mine on 4/8 and i love it.. nice and stiff all around. same combo btw no problems.

It must be my AGX problem because I just tried to change it from 1, 2, 3, and 4 and one side would still not budge (note the other side was did move up and down a bit more).
