with this kit, will i need new springs also or can i use stock? should i get new springs and any recomendations. new to suspension

kyb doesn't recommend using springs that will lower the car more than 2" (or was is 1.5"?) so don't get anything lower than that.i'm using tein s.techs, but eibach prokit and sprotline are common, as well as rsr's, and some others
