Friday night there are going to be about 10 locals. With everyone meeting at 3:00 on Saturday to drive down to Beech Bend, I thought I'd leave Saturday morning/early afternoon free.

Dane: Good call.

If any out-of-towners are hedging, I can offer sleeping room to two people (spare room, and couch).

Yes that's his 350, and yes it IS badass(even stock). You're not too far from Bowling Green, you should at least meet us there.

Gotta do what you gotta do, no one I know would knock you for that. Be sure to check out the Nissan Over Atlanta thread in the National Meets Forum, I'm sure at least a few local guys will be going. Otherwise, stay tuned to this forum for more KY meets.

Here's a link to the Beech Bend schedule. http://www.beechbend.com/Drag%20Schedule.htm

I don't know anyone who has used an e-bay turbo. You should check out the KA-T forum located in the engine section. They have some very knowledgable people there who can stear you in the right direction.

That sux. Work has me swamped. I have only been home 2 days over the last 17 days. I won't get home until after midnight tomorrow, assuming I don't get stranded due to storms like last weekend. Tons of home stuff to take care of before I fly back out Monday morning. No time to tune up the car nor remove the system in order to hit the track. I've only seen my fiance once these last few weeks....

<sniff>

Well I misted the meet again! Hope every one did have a great time. Didn't make it back from Chicago till this morning ( Had to spend the night @ Cincinnati late last night ). By the time I gone through DMV twice, wash and wax the convertible and clean up around the house and return bounch of phone calls. I am just now remember the meet. Hope I will make it to the next one.

I wish it were that easy. She works Sat and Sun 7a - 7p.

Hopefully, we will have something come up later this year when it is getting cooler. I wanna beat my best time before I stop racing the Max altogether...

Well, crap. I wanted to come back home this weekend so bad! This will be the last meet I could make in Bowling Green until.....well, I don't know when. It's kinda hard to figure out my schedule. When these meets come up, it's on pretty short notice and I work 7 days/wk now. Let me know if there's going to be another Louisville/Bowling Green meet before NOPI, and I'm going to try my damndest to be there. Otherwise, see you guys in Atlanta!!

Wes, no problem. The heat ended up killing the attendance yesterday and today. I only stayed out at auto-x for about an hour or so.

Tiffany, totally understandable. I take it the move went ok? The next trip to Beech Bend will probably be late October. Hope to see you in Atlanta for the Nationals.

Scott, the move totally sucked! You wouldn't believe all the trouble I went through. Everything is all better now, but the first two weeks were a disaster. First, I moved on July 2 which was Saturday. I didn't have a key to my new apt., so I had to call the emergency maintenance dude and get one. Well, it was the wrong key. Called him back. An hour and half later, got the right key. Later on, after I had unloaded everything from the moving truck, I realized that the utility company didn't turn on my water (like I requested almost two weeks prior!). Since Monday was a holiday (July 4), I didn't get my water turned on til Tuesday. I didn't have a phone during all of this, so I battled with BellSouth for over 2 hours trying to get my service established. I finally realized why everyone was having such a problem getting things connected in my apt. The stupid realty agent gave me the wrong address for my apt. building! So I had to go around calling all the businesses that I gave my change of address to, and give them the CORRECT address.

That's what I get for moving to Alabama. lol Go figure.

See you in ATL.

It was so damn hot that I didn't mess with it much, I just took a few as soon as we got there and then put it up for the day.
