yea, chris nichols. he has a turbo'ed '96 KA24 and that white auto thats sprayin. his blue car is sweet. the idiot b4 him put an aluminum flywheel on it, so with all that power, it bent the crap out of it, so it slips like its in neutral in 2nd and 3rd, but 4th pulls really nice he said. he's gettin a new flywheel in soon i think. he wants it in sooner when i told him about the meet. he's tired of it not running right. there's been alot of stuff messed up w/ it

yup that's it. i seen it in the paper while i was looking for a car for my girl. two turn offs, one it's A/T, two it's sprayin. people would assume that it's been run hard. I would like to see it in person though just for the hell of it.

you guys should go to the corvette museum. i think that's what started this whole thing anyway.

he hasn't driven it THAT hard. he doesn't spray often at all. actually right now there's a check engine light on, sumtin w/ the transmission. yea stupid auto, i know. but its still shifting fine, so he said he isn't gonna worry about it until sumthin breaks, then he's screwed. : )

If you show up and you are a poor HS or college student as a minimum you would get a decent subsidy.

Red:So your coming for sure right?

Like I said If nobody minds going north a couple of hours I can put PPL up in my humble abode.

All the mac&Cheese, Rice A Roni or Diet Pepsi anybody wants.

Also we could hassle the ricers on preston late at night then too.

Anytime Red,

This offer also extends to any and all other attendees.

The more I think about it it's more like 90 minutes North, cuz I live on the extreme South side of town and there is a great, traffic jam free, fast, interstate connection between southern Louisville and BG.

Yes, the lousiville guys from LS and NICO (the non 240 areas mostly) will leave at 1 pm our time (premeet at noon) to go to BG.It will take us a bit over 90 minutes (plus a couple of min extra for the latecomers that you always have) to get to BG.

So we will be in BG at whichever easily found large area Ben (95silvia) finds for us at around 3 pm our time (EST) which i think is an hour later than your local time.

This will make it 2 pm local I believe.

Ben will post a good location in BG shortly.

i know the location. the national corvette museum. on I-65 it's bowling green exit 28. you'll get off the interstate and come to a stop light just a little ways down the road. turn left at the light. you will pass a gas station on the left, and a liquor place i think it is on the right. continue following that road for like 1/8 of a mile or sumthin really short like that, lol. there will be some entrances for the museum on the right hand side of the road. i'll make sure me or nichols, maybe both, are there already. 2 PM our local time sounds good. i'll inform chris. he said hopefully his new flywheel will be in by thursday, in his turbo car. if it runs, then he's gonna take it somewhere and have somethin done to the alarm, cause it has that autokill thing, and he thinks that is one reason the car doesn't wanna run. so, God willing, his turbo will be up there. its an amazing car, so pray its there. i'll continue posting the info as i get it. lookin forward to it guys!

yeah, i believe the corvette museum was one of the original reasons for going to BG, that and someone didn't have a ride to Louisville. We're playing the nice guys on this one.

thats one reason i think the museum is a perfect place to have it. just because i know alot of you wanted to see it anyway, since you're coming. if any of you can't find it, i'll give you my cell phone # if you email me. i don't wanna post it up on the internet everywhere. my email is [email protected] or [email protected] when i answer, unless you are palmerwmd or redrocket, i'm not gonna know your name, so you'll have to tell me your name on here, then i'll be like oh yea, whats up. : )
