My buddy that has been experiencing all kinds of drama since he got his 240 a few weeks ago had another bout of it yesterday.

He ordered KYB struts/shocks from Enjuku a week or two ago and took his car to the local import shop to have them installed. He got a call from them in the afternoon saying that he brought them two left front struts, making the install impossible. Obviously, this is not what he wanted to hear.

He called Ken at Enjuku today, told him what happened, Ken apologized for the mixup and made it right. I'm not going to say exactly what he did, but suffice it to say, my buddy and I will both be ordering from there again soon.

glad u had a "decent' experience....i would think that any place that sent you the wrong part would replace it...duh.....i would expect however to get the right part hte first time...thats an error on there part.

ive never had any negative experiences with Ken though. its a good part provider.

The fact is, everyone makes mistakes. The difference between a good company and a not so good company is how they handle their mistakes. I agree that it would have been better if the correct parts came the first time, no question. The point being is that Ken made it right, but didn't have to do what he did.

um..yes he did....You mean, he sent two left struts, "and didnt have to replace it with the correct one" are u kididng?

thats funny.

theres no doubt its a good company, but that arguement is crap.

kens a good guy to some people, and im sure he would go out of his way to help someone, he has with me.

You have completely misunderstood what I was saying. I wasn't going to broadcast this, but there seems to be some confusion. Obviously he had to correct the problem by sending the correct product and offer an apology. That is what most companies would do.

Ken went the extra mile by doing what I wasn't going to mention publicly. The next order my buddy places there will be AT COST. Meaning that whatever he orders next, Enjuku makes no money on it. He was not required to do that. However by doing so, Ken has showed through action, not words, that Enjuku is a quality company that values their customers.

Is that argument crap?

thats a better explanation...lol.

yea, sounds like he took customer service to another level, and gave a little extra to your friend.

that was nice of Ken, and obviosly he just made another customer, and a customer will come back. thats good.

like i said, ive dealt w/ everyone, lol....and ken did go out of his way to help me at times too...im glad to see he helped your friend out like that!

thats a better arguement, lol

Yeah, I guess I was somewhat reluctant to mention that at first because I thought maybe some people would try to use it to their advantage.

I'll buy from there when it comes time as well. It's nice to know they're established and are not vapors in the wind like many of the websites I've tried to get info from or contact. Have you noticed this? Most of the sites I visit that advertise in SCC suck. No prices, little information and no feedback when you contact them. Good customer service goes a LONG way!

yes, there are companies that have been part of the nissan community, and cater to it, ie. enjuku, rollhard, jspec, heavythrottle, and those people care about the 240 guys, not just about having a business, and sellling to the masses...those guys you tell your from the board, and they give discounts, or help w/ shipping, and have a special interest in helping us out.

we do appreciate that! it gives you a little edge, and gets you special attention when you say your from one of the boards...
