Im deciding between Stechs and Ksport springs.

They are both around the same price.

Ksports drop slightly more, at 1.8 F+R vs. stechs which are around 1.5 F and 1.2 rear. Id like the extra droppage.

Ksports are also stiffer which is nice (providing it will work well with the kyb agx's) . Teins are 207 lbs/in F and 179 lbs.in rear while the Ksports are (this is where im unsure how good this is) the front ranges from 207 - 280 lbs/in F and 187-260 lbs/in rear.

Thats directly from their tech support. I like that the Ksports are stiffer, but is it normal for spring companies to have that much of a variation in their spring rates.

Or can anyone advise against getting Ksports. Im still considering them but the fluctuation seems iffy and I dont know if thats normal. THanks.

That is not unusual. pre-pro- prostitute? Well I cant think of the word. Basically as the spring compresses it builds up more resistance. Hence the dramatic spread. Whereas the other springs will have the same resistance no matter how much the spring compresses.Progressive rate? I think thats it. Sorry bro, cant think straight, I gotta blow it up. Feels like Chewbacca is trying to crawl out.

lol

your right though, i went on their site and it says its a progressive spring rather than linear.

even at the softest rate its still stiffer than the tein stechs. So as long as the build quality is good and no one has had problems I think ill go with them.

Im calling KYB tomorrow to see hwo the AGXs will mate with it.

But since its progressive, isnt it going to be harder to set the AGX's. I mean do I set the strut to where it works best on the softer rates or do I set it up so it works best with the stiffest rate when the spring is compressed most. I would assume stiffest?
