I just recently bought Ksport kontrols with a 10/8 spring rate i have been looking for some settings for height or just any kind of settings like the Tein Coilovers have installation manuals with suggested settings on them I was just thinking of Adjusting the Ksports to the same settings as the Tein Super Drift coilovers because those are a 10/8 spring rate as well. Do you think that would be a good idea or how should i go about adjusting them? I dont even know where to start, They are not installed yet i want to get this figured out before i put them in.

Wow, that was one hell of a first sentance.

Suspension forum-its there for a reason.

Put them on the damn car and adjust them to the height you desire. There are no 'suggested settings' on coilovers. Thats the point of buying coilvers.

Yeah i dont want the car that low I am going to be running 16 inch wheels with 55 series tires because i believe those are the correct size tires maybe its 50 series idk. Anyways i dont want the car really low to the ground but semi low to the tire i just want it to be a little lower but do not want to scrape. I might set it up to how the Tein superdrifts are and just see how they are.

If he wouldve bought quality coilovers , he would would have the recommended ride height settings. I bought quality Tanabes and i have 3 recommending height settings to refer to , wich im not gonna share with him , cause he made such a bad choice with his purchace.

why so much bashing on the k sports do the 240 ones not hold up? had them on my old honda and they were great. survived 8 months of dd and 3 or 4 track events before i sold it.

maybe i just got lucky? mine were great but i have heard of them going bad for hondas too. they seemed to have a 50/50 chance of holding up. they have a 1 year warranty though, although always changing out a coilover would suck

be sure that your coils came with the new spring holder design ( they looks like a bunch of plastic and metal washers) if not call them
