What do you guys think of the drain plug. The head of the plug is a weird shape . I wish it was a hex shape so I can use a socket. I ended up using pliers to screw and unscrew the plug.

Also the hose that goes from the coolant overflow tank to the radiator sits right on top of the radiator now. Since the whole thing is aluminum, it gets really hot. That original rubber hose is not gonna last long.

My overflow hose sits atop my Koyo and it does so on the thousands of 240 engine bay pics that I have on my computer so it must not be a problem.

The overflow is up top next to the cap, its a threaded bung. The overflow is on the bottom right side looking from the front. My old koyo was a hex size, I used to us an adjustable on it. I use a Mishimoto now and its the same way.

After I install koyo rad, my hose got cut by zip tie. Zip tie was rubbing it and made a hole. I had to buy a new hose. Anyway, stock rubber hose is pretty strong, so don't worry about it. Aluminum radiator gets pretty hot though.
