To wire up your kouki tail lights, just cut the female plugs off your usdm and jdm lights and splice the usdm female ones onto your new lights.

As far as the wires go, just match the same colors together... i.e. green/white go to green/white, black to black, green/yellow to green/yellow and ect.

I though they were different colors....

I wrote it down somewhere, but I don't remember where.

Yes, that's correct. Cut, splice and same color wires goes together.

Jeeze, then save your old connectors. This isn't rocket science here, it's BASIC wiring. If you can't do this, then you don't even need to dream of adding parts to your car.

Not to sound like an a**, because I am sure I did, but it seems you are over-complicating it in your head. You only have 2-3 wires. They should be the same colors. Just match them up. If they don't work, then at worst, you may have to replace a few bulbs and a fuse or 2. You will not permanently damage anything.

If you have a Chilton's manual, or the FSM, you can look at the wiring diagram to figure out which wire does what. Then, look at the kouki connectors and compare them to the stock ones. Should be pretty simple after that.

Good luck.

You can do it.

It isn't too hard.

I SUCK at cars. I suck bad.Wiring is the worst, but I managed to put my lights in. It just takes a little time and then you are good to go.

That is pretty rude to say.

Why would you say that he does not deserve themm?

He bought them and asked for help on how to wire them.

Ah, just being fascisious. Was a stupid question though, to ask if there is a conversion harness, and what would he do if he was to put the stock ones back in. Kind of stupid questions in my book. Although, i never claimed to be the authority on stupidity.
