Kouki (SR20det) ECU compatiblity

Long story short. Did swap, car did not run after swap even before ECU got fried, had fuel, but no spark, ECU got fried (MAF wires touched), ECU got repaired, don't know if ECU got fixed right. My question is.....

Is it possible to use another ECU besides a Kouki S14 Sr20det, I've tried all over and they are almost impossible to find. I plan on going Standalone later (maybe even MSII), but right now I just want it to run. Are they any ECU's that will get the car running (ie SE-R, Zenki Sr20det, ect), even if I have to repin the harness? Car is in OKC right now.

Pretty sure you have to use a kouki ecu, don't think any others will work.

I do also only think that the Kouki ECU will only work, the Zenki wont work

The zenki S14 ECU wont even plug into the Kouki S14 harness.
