Kouki skirts

I can't take it anymore!!!! seeing the pics of all these kouki S14's with those tight *** stock side skirts I have to get some for my car. Question: do they just pop in where the old ones go or does some drilling have to be done?

I just got some skirts off ebay, and from what I can see you need to drill some screws. I have a 96 240sx and the skirts are from 97-98 240sx. Click on the link for little more detail and pics of my skirts.
