Kouki low beam quit working

My passenger side lowbeam wasn't very bright so I went to check out the bulb and it wasn't it right. I put the bulb back in and it seemed to be much brighter. At night I drove around to see if I fixed the problem and I did, then all the sudden my lowbeams and interior dash lights quit working. My corner, highbeam , and turn signals still work. I'm not sure if it's the fuse in the box under the hood labeled hd lamp, but I don't know how to check a big fuse to see if it's bad.
