kouki headlights

My headlights on my 98, where the chrome parts around the headlights are what looks like bubbling with cracks. I have Sylvania Super Stars but I don't think they're powerful enough to do this. Is anyone elses lights doing this?

never seen the lights on a kouki do that. Your guess is as good as mine. Hopefully somebody can help you out.
