I was trying to get an answer for how to and what is needed for fog lights for a base s14. I read that s14s come with the wires already and u just plug in the fog lights but do i need brackets to hold it? And also i heard that base model s14 doesn't come with the fog light switch so i need to get a SE and install it in my car. Can someone give me some light on this?

They mount right up, the plug is in the bumper. You need a new stalk though. Lemme know if you wanna buy the foglights.

The one needed for OEM Fog lights has an additional section to allow you to turn the fog lights off or on.

Try looking for some interior pics of 240's and see if you can notice the difference.

I have a 95 base and se, I know the diff between the"stalks". Just never heard them refered to as that. Thanks for the info.

$75 shipped. You don't need a bracket, everything you need to mount them is included.

I am very glad this thread came up! I am doing a Navan conversion on my base 95 Zenki. I already have the Navan fog lights and I just bought the "SE" Headlight / Fog Light "Stalk" today from the "Complete Part Out" thread from the Nico classifieds.

I thought that I was going to have to install relays and wiring all the way down and I am SOOOO glad to learn that it won't be necessary!! I haven't taken anything apart yet so I had no idea what I was going to have to do, but it sounds as if I have everything I need!

Thanks again for the helpful thread and responses!

I've had tons of interest but no offers... Cash is King.

Replied to your email Neil.

BTW, you can see in the picture that the fog light on the left is missing the mounting tab on the bottom. There are two other mounting points and it holds firm, no problem. I drove with them on gravel for 6 months and they were fine.

There ya go... I'll never get rid of these things. I've gone through two cars since I got 'em! Koukis are rare, no one keeps the USDM front, they don't fit with a giant FMIC, and people seem to think $75 for OEM glass fog lights is too much.

LOL.

Negative!! Wrong ones!! Those do NOT offer a Fog Switch! The fog switch is a rolling type off and on switch that is part of the stalk. It would be located near the middle to end section of the stalk if it had one.

Unless someone beats me to it... hint, hint, I will try to take a photo of what an "SE" stalk looks like. It probably won't be tonight though.

Dittoz7 is the MAN!!! Thanks!! I guess if I still lived down in Kendall in the warm weather I would be more motivated to go outside with a camera.

Nobody's mentioned it yet, but for koukis you'll need two relays as well (zenki's only need one).

One in the engine bay, and one in the drivers side kick panel. I can post some diagrams if you need.

I've dropped the price already. I think someday someone will want them enough to pay, or I'll make them fit my Zenki.
