kouki conversion afterm. front bumper

Just a general question that I tried to search for but came up with no definitive answer. With a 95 240 undergoing a sr20det blacktop swap and a kouki conversion, could an aftermarket kouki bumper (V-Speed 2 Front Bumper) fit the 95 240 with just the conversion required parts or do I need anything special? Once again I did search but came up with nothing useful. Some say yes and some say no so Im hoping to get a reply based on experience with doing this.
