I was undecided on what front end to throw on my s14 shell, but after finding this for $500 yesterday...it looks like I'll be joining the club.

Mocked up on the shell, that just so happened to be the exact same color.

Kinda hard to get good pics inside the garage, but I'll get some better ones soon.

Hey im getting out of the Honda thing and trying to join the Nissan game. any way i was wondering what this these were called on these 240's on the 1/4 panels, looks like rivets holding them on? i dunno, it looks sick just wanted to know what it was, is it permanant? etc. thanks

those are overfenders which stick out farther than the stock fenders so you can run wider rims. They are just about permanent as you have to cut out the stock wheels well out huge to make room for the bigger wheels so you don't wanna take the overfenders off once they are on.

Just sold my zenki side and valences, not sure if I should let the wheels and tanabe coils(not installed) go and then the car. Thinking about getting a wrx or a 350Z. Need more power!

yeah i know what you mean and there's really nothing you can do unless you go with an illegal turbo kit or engine swap. The only legal way to get power in the 240sx that I can see would be a VQ35de swap...according to CA laws you can swap an engine in a 240sx as long as it's a USDM nissan engine that is the same year or newer. It's a lot of money though, I have at least 3K in my ka-t project and sometimes I feel it wasn't really worth it having to worry about getting pulled over and what not. Even if you don't get caught you still have to deal with smog checks every two years.

I would really hate to see you guys go but that's the truth: 240sx's are slow as hell and you can't do anything about it here in CA unless you have the $$$
