Thanks but, Im still on the KYB's with Eibach pros. I don't think I can go any lower due to the wheel/tire setup I want to run.

Yours looks like shes coming along nicely too.

what kinda wheels do you wanna run? You are only on a 1 inch drop right?

We just had a pretty crazy snow storm here in socal:

SNOW: because sometimes the air-to-air intercooler just doesn't cut it.

One for the check-in, when i still had that greddy lip =[

Yep, They only offer a 1.2 in drop in the front and a 1.0 in drop in the rear. However for my tire setup works perfect.

I'm planning on running 275/40/17's all around. I've already test fitted some 17x9 +26 wheels with those tires and fitting them is STUPID easy.

The front fenders need to be rolled and have a 1 1/4 pull. The inner splash guard at the back of the tire will rub, This needs to be relocated a little further in the fender. There is also a low spot in the front of the wheel well, You just need to hammer that in no more then 1/2 an inch. I will also have to run a power steering cooler but that's not hard to make. Doing this allows me to go full lock to lock with no problems.

The rears need a roll and a 1/4 inch pull.

Also, You really need to make an OM NOM NOM picture with your car eating snow like that

is it gona clear with a tire on there?cuz i have 17x9+24's up front and didn't even clear the coilover.got a 15mm spacer.back is no problembut with the strut/spring combo isn't it a lot like wider up top with the spring?not as thin as a complete coil over setup..?

I thought it would rub on the bottom of the spring perch to with the larger tire, But it clears with a good inch and a half of space.

When I test fitted wheels I used 04 Cobra wheels with the tires. First took measurements of the fenders. Then did lock to lock and found the 2 small problems.

If I was lower and had coilovers they wouldn't fit, So having the spring strut combo worked out.

what about when you go over a bump?cuz my sisters wrx has springs on it and the tires have patches of where it hits the spring on bumps when the strut/spring compress.be carefull about that.

The spring is physically above the tire... I don't see how this would happen on an S chassis

The only way the tire would contact the spring perch would be if the strut failed, Or the tire had a blow out. The only thing im worried about is the tire contacting the inside of fender under hard cornering.

you know, i sorta like the stock k's bumper also because it flows with the rest of the car better. One thing that i didn't like about the greddy lip is how is was flat on the sides(check sig) and it made the intercooler air damn a little smaller cuz of the way it mounts on the bumper. I just wanna drop my car now

that looks good, but with 20's aftermarket aero is definitely a must or it will look donk status

if ur shocks are good just get some lowering springs. it'll make a diff not slammed but def will look lower. Or get some agx's or gr-2s for a lil upgrade and then put some lowering springs on. all cheap and lowered. and handles pretty dec.
