whats the passing switch?the pass side headlights works when it wants too...and the color/brightness of the high's make the other light hard to see.

I think he painted the chrome shroud in the headlights black. I personally don't like the look but it does look pretty damn aggressive.

I'm glad you guys like the look. I baked the headlights, corners, and turn signals. Wet-sanded the chrome parts w/3 different grits of sandpaper, then spray painted them a flat black. I really like the way they came out. I wanted it to look as aggressive as possible. Now I just need to do the HID retro-fit.

Invain, I lucked out and picked up my lip from someone in Cali off of Zilvia.

If any of yall were at Import Alliance in Nashville this past weekend, I was there w/the car.

I kinda like the amber'd corners, I wonder if they will look good with stock looking headlights. Did you use the special paint for lenses?

This is just of the corners, but you can't tell too well since the flash reflects off the projectors:

thx man they look better then stock def. so you sanded the inside of the front of the lense (like took all the ridges off) on the corners to get them more clear? or did u just get straight clear lenses?

The lenses themselves I didn't touch. I simply pulled the lenses off the lights and wet-sanded and painted all chrome parts. I didn't touch the reflector parts though. They may appear clearer because the light isn't reflected off of the silver/chrome paint that's now black in the lights.

I went from coarse to fine. I have no idea what type of grit it was though. My dad had an unopened package of like 5 diff. grits of paper sitting in the garage so I decided to put them to use. Came out great though and I'm extremely happy w/them. I get comments from local Kouki owners alot about them. The car looks alot more aggressive than normal.

Sidenote: The great part about painting the chrome in the headlights is there are 2 minuscule screws holding them in place. So they pop off w/ease which means no masking off the projector or anything
