do they make the kosei k-1 in a 4x114.3 application? like a 17x8 with a nice offset? if not then i am just gonna go with 5zigen fno1r-cs in 17x8 with 35mm offset in bronze. i can get those for around 650 shipped new.

They do (or did) make the K1's in 4 lug, but I believe they were custom drilled by Tire Rack. Not to sure how many they have left or if there's another place to get 'em. They had a variety of 240SX friendly offsets available way back when I checked. Not too sure on the 17x8 though...I was looking at 16's back then (this was a few months ago).

If you don't mind me asking, where can you get those 5zigen wheels so cheap. If you don't want to post it here, can you shoot me an email at [email protected]?

If it's a personal hook-up you've got, I understand.

One day, all the 240's will look the exact same...one day soon.

Aren't they all red fastbacks anyway?

Seriously, as far as wheels go it's tough for the 4 lug guys. There aren't a lot of good, affordable wheels in the appropriate offsets readily available right now. I wish I could just go to Tirerack and find a half dozen wheels I like, but for the 4 lug wheels there just isn't much worthwhile, at least not stuff that's affordable and easy to obtain.

Yes. They do make 4x114.3 application.

If you go to tirerack.com and look up wheels for 1987 Toyota Corolla GT-S.. (yes the hachi roku).it has the same bolt pattern, but different offset.

They have Kosei K1's for the corolla GT-S.I think the offset tirerack is selling the K1's for Corolla GT-S for is +27mm.It makes sense, because I know for sure that corolla GT-S's have lower offsets than 240's.

There's actually a guy that has the same exact wheel with the same offset.4x114.3 +27mm offset. 15x7'' kosei k1.

http://www.zilvia.net/f/showpo...nt=15

That's his post. As you can see and read he says they CLEAR Z BRAKES + COILOVERS.And they look pretty damn flush with rolled fenders. Not bad at all.

I would go ahead and check tire rack.. call them, pretend you have a 1987 corolla gt-s, and ask about the offset.I'm sure it's +27mm.

I want to get the same wheels for my white s13 '90 (pignose y0)..lol..

good luck.

I have 16x7.5 with a 32mm offset and they clear my 300z brakes pretty well. I can get a finger between the caliper and the back of the spoke.

BTW, I just checked the tire rack website, and it says they won't have anymore of the 15x7 k-1's in untill 1/17/05 !!!Call or email grant for the low down. They may never get anymore in. When I got mine, he said they were one of the last set of the 5-lug they had in stock. I guess they are all getting replaced by the K1-TS

Right now we are waiting on the next batch of blank wheels. These are very small production runs and they only produce these for us a couple of times a year. It will be January before we will have more of the blanks back in stock. If you contact me directly with the specs you need (offset, bolt pattern, center bore, etc...) I can work up a quote for you.

is there any difference between the k-1 and k-1 racing? they are nice wheels and theyre a lot less expensive than anything that looks as nice for 4 lug

I'd be interested in a set of these, as well. Could you also email me the prices for some 15/16/17 diameter k-1's?

first of all do you have 26mm or 30mm calipers and can anyone tell me would i be able to fit z32 brakes with a 22mm offset? what if i use spacers? im trying to decide if i should get 22mm or wait for 32mm to arrive in a few months. its for an 89 by the way if that makes any difference.

Here's the lowdown: The K1 is being phased out and most of these fitments are available only as a custom machined wheel (from a blank wheel). There are only a few options left in the K1 fitments left with a 4-114.3 and 66mm center bore. 16X7.5 ET 22 silver a few sets left at $109.00 each16X7.5 ET 22 white one set left in South Bend at $119.00 each16X7.5 ET 32 silver these are due in after the first of the year at $149.00These are all made from blanks and the standard 32mm is the only one they will still be producing the blanks for. The 22mm are discontinued and are not going to be available once these last sets are sold out. There are no 17" blanks still being made. None of these will show up online since the are a special order item and are machined to order from blanks. We will only be stocking the 32mm offset blanks when they become available in January.

what's the weight on the wheels? Said the 15x7's were 14 lbs, so I'd imagine the 16 in ones are about 16lbs or so.

Oh, also, will the wheels fit a s13 240sx (91)?
