First off, Korea has a great subway system and you can go anywhere in the country if you know which trains to take.
So our first destination: The subway station!

This sign is constantly updating with incoming train information and stuff.
Then we took the train (No pictures of that) and got off at a stop to wait for my cousin.
Looks like this subway station has a more fancier barrier than the last one.

Bad picture, but you get the idea.
They also had an LCD screen next to the doors that will show advertisements when finished.
They also have a cool vending machine at the local subway stop here which I want to take a picture of.
You can purchase books from the vending machine so you can read it during your trip, neat!
Then we arrived at the DongDaeMoon Market and saw these funny socks.

DongDaeMoon was a gigantic gate that protected Seoul way back in the day and it's still there, surrounded by new buildings.

Look at the new buildings behind this ancient structure.
Then we found a place that made steamed dumplings and bought 4 large ones.

Nom nom nom, I wish I had some now, they were delicious.
Then we walked around the market and saw that there were a whole lot of stores selling shoes or clothing.

This store only seemed to be selling t-shirts for the World Cup game.
Next to the market ran along a small stream, which has an interesting story.
The stream was originally underground and above it was a regular street for cars to drive on.
Then I think the current president, before election, redid the whole place and dug down to the stream and rebuilt everything so it could still support life for the fishies and give people a place to walk and relax.
Looked like a popular place for couples.

The fishes are pretty huge as well almost 2 feet long I'd say.
The Pyoung Hwa market right next to the stream.

Random art on the walls.

We kept walking along until we were next to the Kwang Jang market, and climbed the stairs and walked inside and this is what I saw.

That was just the entrance, the middle of this market is even more hectic, but I didn't get a good picture of that.
We came upon a famous restaurant that makes some Korean pancake thingies, I don't know what I'd call them in English though.
A shot of the small machine milling the corn.

Unlike the traditional way of making these, they are frying these with a large amount of oil.

They are about twice as thick as well.

Crunchy, crispy, and yummy.
After we ate that, we made a bee line towards the outside and looked for a taxi cab.
The taxi cab was a nice escape from the warm air outside, and it was quite comfy!
Too bad the driver tried to take the long way around when he heard that I was from America, probably thought he could trick us.
My aunt told him to drop us off a few blocks down and arrived at InsaDong.
Cool gate:

Random VW in a sea of Korean cars.

Then a second later, a Porsche!

A typical busy crosswalk.

Then we started walking around.

Cool traditional Korean masks.

Then we heard some music playing, then immediately noticed a drunk in a grey shirt that was quite enjoying the music that was playing.

He was really getting into it.

Haha, hilarious
Then we made a right into what looked like a small alley way, but it turned out to be different!

I didn't go to the upper stories, but there were a lot of clothing stores and stuff up there.
Cool looking building.
Also bought something that was called "poop bread" because it's shaped like poop haha, so many funny things here.
Tasted alright.

Random tarot card reading place.
Wouldn't give them my money in a million years.

We walked out of that corner of the street and kept looking around at shops and things.
Then I spotted some drawings on the wall which I thought were cool.

A weird toyshop on the 2nd floor of a building.
That green thing is Dooly, a cartoon character, it's supposed to be small and cute in the cartoon.
That costume...is not.

A shop that sold traditional Korean art.

Pencil cases!

Omg robot!

After all that we headed back the way we came and got to the subway.
Spotted a soccer ad.

I believe that is figure skater Yuna Kim in the middle.

Bought some toast at the subway and ate it at home.

The end!
