I don't know if we have any other members in Korea here, but it's possible.
Are you military? I did Navy from 97-01 and visited Pusan, Pohang, Chinhae, Seoul and Incheon several times. Don't remember much of any of them due to my constant partaking in golden beverages of the carbonated alcohol type...
