I have a 98 Nissan 240sx, I just got KONI adjustable shocks for it. I have no clue what I am doing! My friend is helping me install them this weekend but he has never worked on a Nissan before. So if anyone has any kind of help/instructions/pointers i would really appreciate it!! Anything that I NEED to know in order to do this successfully! Also if anyone knows of any decent repair manuals for 240s i found one thats for 1993-1998 Altima/240sx "Chiltons Manual" im going to go pick it up, but if there are any other books or stuff that I should get because I am very interesting in learning how to do everything myself!!!!! thanks!!!!

the good manuals are factory service manuals and sell on ebay for like $80.

are those koni's inserts also? mine are, and if yours are, you will have to saw through the front struts to insert the konis inside of them, i would reccomend using a sawzall, instead of a hacksaw like i did, took forever.

give me details and i can help you further.. like are the rears only extrernally adjustable? are the fronts in fact inserts? do they have spring perches already on them(if they are the ones i have, they dont)? the more you give the more i can give back.

also out of curiosity, which springs are you pairing them with?

edit - can a mod please move this to the correct forum? i just noticed that this is in the ka forum...
