koni/ground control Vs Tein Coilovers

I know this has been talked about a lot but I have searched and was unable to find out what I need to know. Which one is better koni/ground or Tein driving spec type flex control master. I know theres other options I just want to know about these two. Price does not matter just performance (track and street) I just have a chance to get both for around the same price and dont know which one to choose.Oh yeah and ride hight doesnt matter to me.
