When I corner the car hard for a extended amount of time i get this really loud knock noise when i turn afterwards. Ever since i had the car i'd replaced the springs, struts, tie rods, tension rods and the tension rod brackets are replaced with a nismo power brace. This is for a S14.

it might help if you specified where the sound could be coming from....

your front springs may not be seated correctly and may be turning on their lower mount or upper mount, have a friend turn the wheel while you watch them and listen for the movement and sound

It sounds like it would come from the front. It only happens after I corner hard.

yeah, go ahead and check all of your front suspention parts and the springs, as well as the bushings and connections.

How about the CV joints?

Ditto, knocking in the front like that is commonplace of the CV joints.

exept that 240's are RWD, otherwise, CV joints would be a possibility, but in this case they do not exist at all up front

Upper front strut mounts can make that noise also if they've gone south, did you replace them when you did the suspension?

check that all bolts/nuts are tight and look at bushings to see if they have come apart.
