Hello, I've got an 89' 240sx all stock, the motor mounts are bad and thats about it but every time I drive the car around 15-25 mph theres a knocking noise coming from the front of the car. it just recently just started doing this so if anyone has had this problem before or may know whats causing it then please let me know. any suggestion would be appreciated, thanks.

front driver or passenger side? associated with any type of vibration or shaking in the wheel? does the car drive straight? what happens at higher speeds? is it relative to engine rpms? does it do this when the car is parked and the engine is revved in neutral?

OK, nvm I figured out the problem. The 2 bolts holding the driveshaft one of them got stripped off so I just forced it back in for now. Now I don't know what to do. Do i just fix it or buy a one-peiece driveshaft?

fix it

either way is fine. used or new, one peice two.. fix it. it's cheaper in the long run. same thing happened to my friend a few weeks ago, his drive shaft fell off... did alot more damage than fixing the problem......
