knock sounds like its coming from my front end. not sure tho

ive had this knock coming from my front end. at first i thought it was my sway bar because i had a broken bolt and old linkage, but after welding a new bolt and getting new linkage i still heard it. found out that my transmission mount was f*** so i replaced that hoping it would fix the problem. but i still hear that damn knock. it only happens right before i come to a complete stop. and somtimes when im turning at low speeds. i cant figure out what it is. anyone have any ideas that i could check? i also found that the welds attatching the metal bar thats under my radiator had broke so i welded those as well praying that it would be fixed... im pretty stupmed, i cant really tell if my motor mounts r bad. they look pretty good but not 100% sure. i would really appreciate some ideas of my next steps to fix my problem.

First thing that comes to mind are to check the tension rod bushings.

Might want to check your wheel bearings. Jack up the front and spin the wheels, listen for any inconsistencies (rub/grind). I had the same symptoms years ago on an s14. The driver side wheel bearing needed replaced. It was more audible at low speeds and when weight was shifted to that wheel during turns.

I had a show look at it ths other day amd they said it might b the front crossmember but the bolts r tight? I dont get what they r sayin. Maybe ghey r tryin to get me. Could it possible my subframe?
