Knock sensors 1997 q45

I have replaced the two knock sensors in my 97 q45 and the "coolant bypass" hose is bad, I can not find a hose anywhere for it, can y'all help me and give me an idea on where and what I can look up to find the hose. This is the only thing holding me back from putting everything back together

Mike, can you post a pic of this hose or general area to help with any online searches for OEM replacements?

Otherwise, in the past, while replacing coolant, power steering or vacuum hoses, I've gone to autozone/OReilly's and just picked up a similar ID tube and used it. Of course, the generic ones are not molded or pre-formed, so the shorter the hose being replaced, the less headache you face trying to bend them to stay in place.
