What codes? Why do you think the KS did not work when you replaced it first time?

I was recently told that I have to take it to Nissan for them to fix the problem. aftermarket parts will not fix the issue. I'm just upset that I purchased this part twice and its still not passing.

I would start with looking into why you are getting EGRC code first, and only then approach the KS.
It is a royal PITA to get to the EGR tube and clean it in VQ35DE, but that and checking the EGR valve should be the first steps. If the EGR system is clogged, there may be all kinds of false positive codes thrown by the ECU.

Parts schmarts. Whoever said you need dealership help was mistaken. Maybe an EGR solenoid from the junk yard. Evap is probably loose charcoal in the line, maybe a bad plug to sensor, unplugged hose or possibly even just your gas cap. You need to deal with the EVAP and EGR issues. As far raf says, the knock sensor code will probably go away. Don't buy another KS. If after fixing EVAP and EGR, you still get the KS code, then you should check your wire harness. Use the FSM for your codes. Let us know if you need help on the specifics or if you get it fixed please.

When I did mine I replaced the sub harness too. Those are known to go bad too.
