Knock Sensor Question

I am planning to replace the Knock sensors in my 98 Q in the next couple of weeks. The question I had is regarding the huge price difference between places like the dealer (250 Each), online infiniti parts store (142 each) and ebay where they range from 30-200.

Does anyone have any input on what the difference is between them.

Dealer is true OEM and ebay is a Chinese knock off unless proven otherwise. For the labor (Time) I would go with OEM since you replace them once every 5-10 years depending on how the car is treated.

How many years do you plan on keeping the car??????

Well its only got 140k miles on it. Assuming that there are no major issues after this repair, then I would keep it for another 2-3 years minimum.
