knock sensor pin??? pics.. i searched dont worry!

I know knock sensor is pin 23 on ECU, and I'm 99% sure the pin i am showing in the collage below is pin 23, but its green, not white sheilded like alot of people say theres is, why is this?? Ive heard alot of people running a wire through the firewall and splicing by ECU, but doesn't that green wire go through the firewall to engine side and I can just splice into it there? I think someone said near battery plugs (f8 and f10). any help appreciatedthanks

I am pretty sure, that your green wire is pin 32, not pin 23, look on the opposite side of the green wire, the other side and you will see a white wire, that is pin 23 which is your detonation sensor wire. It is the 3 pin from the screw of the connector.

your looking at the wrong side of the harness, look at the side where the wires enter the connector(the bolt head side) and its to the right 3 pinsas far as i knowplease correct me if im wrong

^^^ is correct, you are looking at the connector from the wrong side, in the bottom right, it even shows the icon for Harness side, and says HS

You've got it upside down and backwards from what I can see.
