Hey guys, I'm a long time member that's just returning to say hello again and I need u'r help. My bro's '95 had a code34. i recently replaced the knock sensor in my bro's '95 240 but ckeck engine light is still on. I still got a code 34 on. Checked the harness for continuity, resistance is at 0.546 mega ohms with the engine warm, and also checked for any visuall damage and everything looks fine. I'm facing a wall and pretty lost. Is there anything I missed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Looking at this http://www.240sx.org/faq/index.html and going to "ECM, reading trouble codes DOHC" There are different ways of checking the codes. Basically, depending how you did it, that could mean knock sensor like you said or exhaust gas temperature circuit. ECM's / ECU's have been known to malfunction themselves too and throw codes when there's not anything even wrong. Just my 2 cents
