Knock Sensor Help.

I could not find a write up on this. But I do want to relocate my knock sensor because I am sick of the power difference everytime I go out driving. It so noticable. I just want to know how many problems people are having when do this mod. I always run the best and highest octane. 93. Plus I normally always add octane booster. I dont race all the time but you know when a stupid civic pulls up with a coffee can exhast you just have to. So I do end up red lining it. I just want to know the exact procedure and some good warnings that people have experienced. Thanks alot.
