The knock sensor(lower harness side) is the white plug correct?

also whats a good wire to wire my 02 sensor to, i know its supposed to be a switched +12v but i dont have the time to look up what to wire it to.

I was excited i got the lower harness and then i got to the end and realized it was cut where it plugs into the rest of the harness

This diagram should help... try to find the brown wire which is switchable 12v with turn key.

ok so the pic is telling me it just splices into the ka plug? and then connect it just like normal but then why does every write up say to wire it into a switched 12v

The o2 sensor is heated, so the power it draws simply heats up the o2 sensor. It needs to go to a switched source or it will drain your battery if left with constant power.

You can get away plugging it in any 12v source and use a manual switch from Autozone if you want. Just make sure you use a 10amp fuse as shown in the diagram in your hookup. Remember to turn it off/on when needed.
