I have replaced the sensor with OEM, code remained. I installed 470k Ohm resistor and code went away for about 8 months. Code (p0325) is now back and I tested the Resistor and yes the resistor was reading 370k ohms on my multimeter. I installed another 470k resistor and the code will not delete. I have also tried to leave the the ground cable off the battery for 9 hours and it was still there. It is like the code is frozen and my reader keeps bring it up. Anyone have any ideas to what is going on here? It just kills my MPG when the code is present. I go from 22+mpg to around 18mpg.

Disconnecting the battery should have cleared the code. Possibly a bad ECU or maybe there's a problem with the scanner you are using.

Do you have any trouble code aside from P0325? When I've had problem with EGCR-Solenoid Valve (P1400), P0325 came up due to rough starting.

You need a 550K-ohm resistor (500-620K-ohm range). It's not a good idea to use a resistor instead of a real KS for long-term use. You may have a real knock/detonation and the ECU may not know about it.

Did you tighten the mounting bold of the KS when you installed it? If it's loose, it will vibrate, simulating engine knock. And yes, you may have a bad ECU/scanner.
