Knock sensor only needs to be replaced if the sensor is physically broken. The knock sensor is only there to detect a knock in the block. The knock wouldnt be created by the knock sensor, so the sensor is fine, there is something causing the knock. If you have no check engine light then I wonder why you have gone right for replacing the knock sensor?
By your description of the drivability issue, there isnt a person here that can be sure of why your car is doing what it is doing. Although, its obviously misfiring or your trans is slipping or clutch is slipping... Is the car auto or manual? How many miles?
I would give it a good tune up and check the compression. Chances are the plugs are fouled, the wires are junk, the cap and rotor are junk or the head gasket is bad. Also, check your timing, look for leaks and so forth. If it is manual and the rpms are rising and just feels like your going no where then you need a clutch, or the master or slave is on their way out. You need to be a lot more specific as to what your car is, the issues it is having and so forth. We have nothing to go on here...
