Knock Sensor 3.3

I have the knock sensor code(forgot the number sorry). But i have been looking around about this and it feels like i am losing power but im not sure. Should i spend the money and replace it or just leave it? some threads say leave it others say fix it. I dont know if this is a problem alot of Vg33's have or if its just mine. I found a good thread about it and skimmed over it then my code came up and i cant find that thread. anybody have or had this issue? any advise on this would be nice. Thanks

i would say try premium gas and or octane booster, how long has it been goin on, maybe u just brought bad gas
