Year/Make/Model please.
Knock sensors are a big deal to replace. I am starting that job myself. It's called a "plenum job" and most use the opportunity to replace all the under plenum hoses and gaskets as well as the knock sensors. The complete plenum kit from Joe @ Infiniti of Scottdale is about $500-600 range. That's alot of hoses, gaskets, and the knock sensors.
The MAF sometimes is just the harness not making good contact. On mine I can just wiggle it when it starts running rough and it will go away.
By the way, the "Plenum" is the spider looking intake manifold on top of the engine.
