knock sebsir on a 92 DOHC?

ive searched but cant find out if i need to run wires from Knock sensor on CA to the ecu. I have a 92 s13 and it had DOHC motor do i need to run these wires?

Its going to be a pain in the as$.

You should search in post bodies, not in titles.Its an option on the search screen you have to select.
