Only one way to find out :PI think a lot of BOV are somewhat similar, they all get rid of boost. Some do a better job, some are louder, and some can be adjusted. For $85 it's not too bad of a deal, but there is cheaper and there is also better IMHO

According to boostdesigns its made by the same company that makes the GReddy Type S BOV. It just doesnt have greddys sticker on it.
